Where We Ship

We currently ship across the United Arab Emirates and the wider GCC, including Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman. For shipping outside these regions, please contact us before ordering.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within [1 to 2] working days. Orders placed before [2pm] are dispatched the same or next working day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a tracking link by email or SMS once it has been dispatched.

United Arab Emirates

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date the order is placed. Times may vary during peak periods such as Eid, Ramadan, and public holidays.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, we'll send a tracking link so you can follow it to your door. If you haven't received tracking within [2] working days of ordering, please contact us.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
